POWER Testing & Energization provides testing, energization, maintenance, and repair services that promote long-term, efficient operation of electrical generation and delivery systems. We mobilize teams to all parts of the world, servicing utilities, independent power producers, and industrial clients with power delivery systems from 480V to 500 kV and generation systems up to 1650 MW.
Acceptance Testing
Acceptance testing determines that each piece of newly installed electrical equipment is ready for energization and that it will operate as designed and perform as an integral part of the system. Test personnel inspect the installation of the equipment, energize and test each component individually, and verify the overall installation of the system.
Energization
Once we determine the individual pieces of equipment are operating properly, we energize the entire system to verify it is operating as intended and meeting the requirements of the design. Our testing engineers develop an energization plan and provide full documentation of the system’s performance and integrity.
Preventive Maintenance Testing
We develop system-specific maintenance programs to help prevent damage to equipment and maximize its service life. These programs include comprehensive maintenance records to help identify recurring problems.
